Chance me for UT Austin, A&M, Baylor?

I plan to go in either Mechanical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering. I already applied late October but I'm still nervous. I know I'll be review admit so just chance me for that.

Rank: top 40% (I used to be top 10% in my old school but I had to change schools before senior year which seriously messed everything up since my current school doesn't really count IB classes as AP [its complicated])
GPA: 5.55390 weighted (I have no idea what my 4.0 scaled rank is sorry)
SAT: 1990 (best in one sitting); 2090 (superscore); 730 (CR) + 740 (M) + 620 (Verbal)

EC's:
- Girls Varsity Volleyball (2 years; co-captain)
- Girls JV Rugby (1 year)
- Girls JV Basketball (1 year)
- Traditional Saman Dance Group
- 182 hours of Community & Service (since freshman year up to now)
- Model United Nations
- History Debate Club
- Flea Market Committee (Treasurer)
- Year Assembly Committee (Backstage Coordinator)
- Indonesian Drama Club
- Japanese Language & Culture Club (2 years)
- Mandarin Language & Culture Club (2 years)

Other Academic Accomplishments:
- GJIS 4-year Academic Scholarship
- JPLT (Japanese Language Proficiency) Level N4
- countless of science + mathematics competitions that I can't name atm (will update later)

Can't think of anything else right now, but I'll update later. Chance me? Thank you!
I'm also an international applicant btw if that helps.

You might be accepted into UT it would be a reach due to your class rank, for instance auto admit is top 7%.

Your SAT could be higher for the major you’re applying for at UT (http://bealonghorn.utexas.edu/whyut/profile/scores</a>)

Your SAT is fine for Texas A&M, your class rank is very low which diminishes your chances. Keep in mind that they accept all applicants in the top 10% then they fill in review applicants. More 10% admits=lower review spots.

I would say that you have decent chance to be admitted to Texas A&M and pretty much guaranteed at Baylor(baylor isn’t that hard to get into at all)
