So, everything is final now and my scores are all back, but i still need to know where i should apply/go/mychances. Im a junior in high school and will probably apply by the end of this summer, so here goes.
GPA: 3.0-3.1/4.0 (Freshman and Sophomore year it was really low ~ 2.5, this year it was a solid 4.0, except for the marking period where my grandmother died so it all averaged out to be a 3.8ish)
EDIT
My actual unweighted is about a 3.35 (Goofed around in Choir)
My academic weighted is a 4.588/5.0 (Actually a 6.0 because of ib but thats how it shows up on my transcript, my school is weird)
SAT: 800M, 790W, 600R (Skipped a page on accident.)
ACT:36 (Didn't see a point of retaking sat with a 36 act)
Class Rank: 180ish/610 (Again due to freshman year gpa)
Extracurricular:
Mu Alpha Theta Historian
Modern Literature club President
Founding member of the Hill Country Youth Rugby Association
DECA (Business competition) International qualifier last year/International qualifier this year
Member of multiple other clubs/honor associations (but no leadership positions)
Applied/Planning on doing an internship this summer at NYU
Course load: Pretty rigorous, IB program, not a single off period, most challenging classes taken (Calculus BC/IB Biology HL/IB World Area Studies HL, etc.) Graduating with 14 AP tests taken and 6 IB Tests taken.

I want to apply to Berkeley (Haas/Econ), NYU(Stern/Econ), UT Austin (Cockrell/Mccombs/Maybe Liberal Arts), UChicago(Econ/Liberal Arts), and the question im asking is where i stand on these colleges. Should i be aiming lower? I know that my gpa is freakishly low, but im hoping that the admission officers could dismiss that due to the upward trend and my ACT score. I want to major in either econ, business, mechanical engineering, or psychology as i either want to go into Law, business or engineering.
