I know my stats are a little low for them, but what do you honestly think are my chances of getting into UVA? What do you think i can improve on? Suggestions or any incite at all would be greatly appreciated, thanks for your time! :)

Hello. You have some very impressive aspects to your application such as extracurricular activities and summer programs. Unfortunately, UVA has a very numbers based admissions process. They focus mainly on GPA and standardized test scores, with most other things coming as an afterthought. It helps if you are an in state student, which you did not mention. It would help your chances a lot if your GPA were higher, you are near the edge of where they generally cut off. The only thing you can do is to try and bring up your SAT scores at this point. You have definite shot at it. I suggest that you look into some other colleges that take a more holistic view of the student during the admissions process, because you clearly have a lot to offer and your talents might go underappreciated by the UVA admissions. Good luck. Please give me advice as well.
