<p>First off, I am a Virginia resident from a very competitive public school. Almost everyone (85%) goes to a four year college. I am applying regular decision for all schools.</p>

GPA Weighted:3.9 but there is an upward trend. I started off with a 3.33 freshman year
SAT: Math:700 Writing:600 Reading:630 Total:1930
School does not rank but definitely top 20% if there was ranking out of a class of around 500. </p>
<p>To get a feel of how selective my Virginia school is, UVA accepted only forty kids were accepted last year out of 110 that applied.</p>

NHS: junior and senior year. Only 60 hours for both years combined</p>

Volunteered at an English school in Taiwan for two weeks in 2010. 30 hour weeks
Worked every summer at a snack bar: over 250 hours over four years
Worked at a camp: over 100 hours over three years
Went to Virginia Boys State in 2012</p>
