<p>are you in state or out of state?</p>

<p>If you are in-state, I would say get a 2100 on your SAT and you’re in.
If you are out of state, you have a much worse shot.</p>

<p>As for ECs, they are good, but do you do anything outside of school?</p>

<p>IS, out of school, I’ve done volunteer, part of a youth-group at the mosque, stuff like that. I have a job if that counts. I’m also going to VA Gov school for Math Sci Tech this summer.</p>
