You should get into UW.
My sister went there and got a 27 on her ACT.
With your GPA and ECs you should be fine since you are in-state.
I’m actually visiting Madison tomorrow.

You will get in

You think? I was a little concerned about my ACT and AP scores but maybe not?

In-state you’ll likely be admitted.

OOS I’d give it 50/50.

You are making an excellent choice.

Yeah, with the financial factor I think it’s my best choice IF I can get in. I can’t afford much beyond about $30k and I don’t think I’d get enough merit aid at any halfway decent private or OOS school (that’s comparable in rankings to UW) so like I said, probably a good choice.

Anyone else?
