Would prefer a rural campus but it’s not a huge deal
Public or private: doesn’t matter
Cost:preferably not above $40k a year

Currently looking at UW Madison, UWashington, Purdue, not really sure of my chances though.

Thanks in advance!

Also, I’m applying for Computer Science.

Getting accepted is not dependent on your major although UW currently wants you to state one. Your test score is high but your gpa is very low relative to it, and low compared to most UW accepted students. Your course list may have rigor but your results do not show that you did well (a 3 on an AP exam seems to be a C as I understand it). You have not shown that you know how to study, a critical skill for succeeding in any college. UW expects you to take the most rigorous classes available and to do well in them- you have not.

My take on your chances is that they are low for all of the schools you have listed. Your campus preferences do not count, your ability to do the work to learn material and get good grades does.

You need to discuss alternates with your HS GC because you may have ability but your record is not competitive with top tier schools.
