Chance me for UW

GPA (freshman through junior year): 3.525 (unweighted) 3.625 (weighted). By semester, my unweighted GPA reads out as:

Freshman 1: 3.0
Freshman 2: 3.1429
Sophomore: 1: 3.6667
Sophomore: 4.0
Junior 1: 3.7143
Junior 2: 3.7143

APs:
AP English Language & Composition
APUSH
AP US Government (1 semester)
AP Macroeconomics (1 semester)
AP English Literature & Composition

ACT: 30 (superscores to 31)

For the 5 extracurriculars and awards you can mention, I chose Cross Country and Track, Rock Climbing over the Summer after junior year, Foreign Language Department Award at my school for French, Math Department Award at my school, and Key Club.

My essay was good. I wrote about a physical condition I’ve dealt with and how I coped with it throughout high school.

I also mentioned that I was homeschooled in 7th and 8th grade and had a rough transition into high school.

For the diversity question, I mentioned growing up in the Bible Belt as a liberal atheist.

OOS, applying for political science major.

I went to a really hard private school but I live on the other side of the country so I don’t know if that will affect anything.

Thanks

My GPA is similar to yours, but I got 4.0 through my junior and senior year. One AP and one CIHS, many honors. The only problem is that my SAT II is very low, 1190 or something. I wrote a decent essay too, and a supplement explains why my grade changes so dramatically due to family obligation. However, as I check through the unofficial transcript, the only thing listed was Bothell. Therefore, I might have been rejected…sad af
