Chance me for Vanderbilt ED2 plus other colleges

I’ve already applied for ED2 to Vanderbilt, I’m just very nervous, and would really appreciate someone chancing me, cause I want to know what to look forward to, whether it be good or bad. Thanks in advance!

My stats:

SAT: 2180 (supescored) and 1470 (new SAT)
IB Predicted: 38/45
Subject SAT: 680 Bio, 700 Chemistry (I had a fever the day of the test, and my councillor has mentioned in her rec letter that the subject SAT’s are not indicators of my performance)

EC:
One and a half month internship at a hospital, where I shadowed a doctor
One and a half month internship at a research firm, which developed medicine
One and a half month internship at a PR Firm
4 Years captain of the Swim team (we have won seven district championships under my leadership), I have been placed fourth in my state for 50 meters breaststroke
4 years debating champion at my school
Started a anti-cracker campaign in my school
Was CFO of a organisation that helped people in need
Introduced and led a NGO in my society (I live in an apartment complex)
Taught underprivileged kids computer basics for one and a half months
Headed a clean up drive in a nearby village
Over 300 plus hours in community service

Essay: Decent, talked about how my internship at the hospital prompted me to open a clinic that provides affordable health care

If possible, please also chance me for UPenn, Hopkins, Rice, and Northwestern. Again, thanks in advance!

Are you a recruited athlete or URM? If not, I can’t see you getting into any of those schools. Vanderbilt is notoriously stats obsessed.

Sorry to be blunt, but I do hope you applied to match and safety schools. You are a strong candidate for all kinds of colleges, but each of those is a high reach for virtually everyone.

Of course, I just wanted to see what my reach school chances are. Thanks for replying though! I really appreciate it.

Yeah, I think, as I’m sure you’re aware, that each of those places will be reaches. They’re all very stat-centric, and your tests scores are a little below what you’re looking for. Not impossibly below, but below. Good luck regardless

Thanks! I know that the scores fall in the twentieth to twenty fifth percentile range, but I figured that it means that people still ARE admitted with those scores, so why not take a chance?

Always worth a shot however those admitted at the 25% are usually the athletes, URM’s and very unique circumstance students who they want.

Agree with the others. Will be hard without higher test scores.

Ah well, I’ll nevertheless hope for the best.
