Title says it all, so any honest opinions?

race: african american
ACT: 33 (36M, 30R, 30E, 35S)
SAT: 2110 (680CR, 770M, 660W)
SAT II: 800 math2, 780 physics
GPA: 3.295 UW (I go to a very difficult, somewhat selective charter school) 4.1 W

I hold a couple leadership positions in various clubs, tutor, varsity sports, community service, research at university, etc…
I did get suspended my junior year for possession of drugs (not sure how much that matters in the admissions process)

Oh and my senior year course load (might help my chances): AP calc BC, AP eng lit, AP bio, AP comp sci, AP physics C, AP stats, discrete math, fto(fluids, thermodynamics, optics), gov/econ, spanish 4

That GPA and that suspension for drugs will really hurt you.
