Can’t put percentages on your chances as most admittees look like you. But I like your class rank (altho top 5% is plenty outstanding if that shifts). And I like your high AP scores which do show college readiness for rote learning. With your 34 you can get top deal admittances to your flagship state universities. The big question you need to face now is can your parents afford to pay their estimated cost of attendance fair share at Vandy and at other privates? this is a question that needs to be sorted out early on. Borrowing for undergrad school is a terrible idea if law school is your next move as law school debt management requires very clever and realistic thinking. Your essays matter as do references you select and elicit. If you hope for merit money, you might get those Real ACTs out and hammer away to try for a retake in the fall. In our experience, with two male students, some maturity in test taking happened last minute. With your AP test performances though, perhaps you feel you already did your best on the ACT. It is important to quit on these exams when you feel you have turned in your best effort and to move on to using your noggin to think realistically about your college short list and your ability to pay.

Good chances, your app looks solid, but there are no sure things. Make sure your recs and essays are good and hope for the best.
