I'm going to be a senior in the fall, and I've recently been working on narrowing down my college list. Vassar is pretty much at the top of my list as of now, so I was wondering what my chances are. Let me know what you think!
Here are my stats:
School Type: Small public, ~500 students
Location: MI (Very rural area)
Race/Gender: Caucasian/Female
Prospective Major: Biology
GPA Unweighted: 3.97
GPA Weighted: N/A (School doesn't offer AP's, unfortunately)
Rank: Top 5% at the least, of ~150
SAT: N/A
ACT: 31 (Will re-take in September)
Course Load: As rigorous as possible (By the end of senior year I will have taken the equivalent of 4 years or more of all core subjects, including a foreign language, plus art classes)
EC's: Key Club, National Honor Society (Secretary/Treasurer), Spanish Honor Society, FIRST Robotics Team, Church Altar Serving, Amateur Radio Club, other community activities
Awards: Society of Women Engineers Certificate of Merit, High Honor Roll, Academic Letters (Small things like that)
Recommendations will hopefully be very good, if not stellar (I have gotten pretty close to a few of my teachers and my counselor knows me quite well)
