That's about it guys, how do I look? I'm probably going to apply as biology because of my high test scores and AP grade.

@cagg333

your chances look great. I was recently admitted to the School of Business with a 2060 SAT score and a 3.9 with all AP and honors classes. I was given a 24k per year grant and will be attending. I was also heavily involved in volunteer work and tutoring and communicated that in my essays.

Your senior year sched. looks great, I also loaded up on APs and honors and I think that reflects well. Word to the wise, though, my friend who was a National Merit Scholar with good grades applied for Biology and was wait listed, as biology is a VERY popular major, they don’t want to have too many bio majors in their incoming class. If I were you, apply as Undecided in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, as it is an easier admit and you can declare your major sophomore year. Again I was admitted to VSB, a much more competitive college at Nova and was admitted with money.

If you really like Nova as a school, I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you look at Boston College, UMiami, Tulane, Clemson, Lehigh, Bucknell and GW. These all have strong science programs and are of similar size and prestige to Nova. I gained alot of insight on the college admissions process as a senior, so if you have any questions, private message me.

Villanova: Low match

As far as Tulane is concerned, you might get merit aid (don’t expect the $27k one, though)…
