I’m from V.A with similar stats and applying next year to almost every school on your list except Hopkins, I’d assume we both have a decent chance of getting in, but definitely could be a reach at some of our choices.

Your lower GPA may affect some of your chances to your more competitive schools. I think Georgetown and Johns Hopkins will be reaches. William & Mary, University of Richmond and GW may be high matches/low reaches
