<p>So, I really like what I see from Virginia Tech overall. Good undergraduate finance program. Great food, Great sports. It's a very well rounded school IMO.</p>

<p>I'm out of state (NY), so i heard it isn't as hard t get into.</p>

<p>SAT</p>

<p>600 CR
680 Math
550 Wrting</p>

<p>1830 total</p>

<p>GPA- We don't really use GPA's to a 4 point scale, nor do we have a conversion, so I'd say about 3.2-3.3 UW, 3.4 or so Weighted.</p>

<p>EC's about normal, 2 years varsity soccer, a bit of volunteer work.
My work expierience is probably above average, I work as a busser at on of the top restraunts in upstate New York.</p>

<p>So anyways, do I have a decent chance at getting in? I heard they had lower standards for OOS applicants due to it being less competetive.&lt;/p>

<p>I think its a bit of a reach as the gpa for VA Tech is usually higher. Best of luck!</p>
