<p>Please chance me for Wake Forest- I visited this week after applying and fell in love but I didn't know that i would love it so much when i applied</p>

<p>3.5 gpa UW/ 3.7 W
SAT - 1830
ACT - 28
Took 8 APS (Comp, Euro, US, Stats, Studio 2D, Psych, World, and Studio 3D)
World History Subject test: 610
US Subject Test: 610
Class ranking is somewhere around the 50% mark (i think 212 out of 492?) </p>

<p>OOS - california
500+ hours community service (half of that was overseas)
DID NOT interview, but I think my essays were fantastic</p>

<p>Started and was co-captain of my high school's girls lacrosse team
Founder/board member of 4 different clubs including National Art Honor Society
Varsity Cheer for 2 years
Advanced Dance team for 4 years
Local Youth Church Choir for 4 years</p>

<p>Transferred schools after my freshman year from a private Catholic school to a public school</p>

<p>Jobs: Teaching dance lessons at my local studio for 3 years; I started hostessing at a local restaurant starting last May (2013)</p>

<p>I did send my scores - both ACT and SAT. I had solid rec letters too</p>

<p>Also - not sure if it matters but my grades had a strong upward trend throughout high school. Was a B/C student freshman sophomore year and am now getting all A/Bs</p>
