W.Washington - Big Safety/Guaranteed
UWashington - Safety

BC - Match
Wash U - High Match/Low Reach
Rice - High Match/Low Reach

Penn - Reach
Cornell - Reach
CMC - Reach
Chicago - Reach

Every school after your in-states becomes some amount of a reach, not because of your statistics but because you have a list of some of the most selective schools possible. WashU & Rice are in the low 20% range and Penn, Cornell, CMC and Chicago (thanks to a 40%+ increase in apps) have admit rates in the high-teens - you could be rejected from those schools not because you don’t qualify but because the competition is so huge.

My guess is you’ll get into the 4 of the first 5 on my list and half of the remaining 4.
