<p>I would use your ACT score since the equivalent is higher than your current SAT score. I would tell you that Wash U StL and Rice are both “Ivy-equivalent” schools. They are reaches for practically everyone, yourself included. I still think you have a shot though, at both these schools. Show some “demonstrated interest” by visiting them or going to a college fair. They are both great schools but will most likely want you to show them some love if you want a fair shot.</p>
