Chance me for Waterloo

I want to apply to Waterloo's CS and Act. Sci program(general math)

Grade 11 Marks:
Functions: 96%
English: 86%
Physics: 90%
Chemistry:85%
Cisco: 78%
Biology: 90%
Comp. Sci(taken in grade 10): 93%
Grade 11 Avg: 88.3%

I have taken two grade 12 courses in grade 11:
Comp. Sci: 88%
Biology: 83%

ECs:
Founded a math circles that runs on a city-wide level, we tutor about 20-25 kids every week.

Re-started math club at school

Volunteer at retirement home, if we have to write an essay or something and we can choose the topic, it would be my experience at the retirement home, unique story.

Hoping to:
Start working as a lifeguard.
Get Duke of Edinburgh, but unlikely.

Certifications/Other:
Lifeguarding certificate

Wrote Pascal, Cayley, Fermat got distinction and won Cayley and Fermat in school.

Won Euclid contest, scored 64/100, would be better but I didn't prepare for a valid reason.

CCNA1 certified

Comments:
I have 300+ hours of community service, about 7-8 per week.
I believe I show true passion for Math, CS is an interest I want to double major.
I am trying to go to Cornell, but am keeping Waterloo as my safety.

I am studying for the ACT's, reason why I am not preparing for Euclid. And I got a 35 on the math section, will be retaking due to other sections, I will probably provide the ACT score.

What do you think are my chances, and how much scholarship so you think I can get? Can you grade my "AIF". I think it is very strong, but would like other opinions.

Edit: Will be taking 3 maths, physics and chem, english, trying to take philosophy in grade 12

bump?
