Chance me for Wellesley/Barnard/Cornell/UCs?

Hi everyone! I'm a senior (asian, female) and I would really appreciate it if you could chance me for some of the colleges that I want to go to. Currently, some of the ones on my list are Wellesley, Barnard, Cornell, UCB, UCLA, and UCSD. I'm planning on selecting 'undecided' for majors, as I don't know what to do yet.

Also, I transferred schools just before senior year, from a competitive international school overseas to an equally competitive school in NJ. My counselor told me to explain the situation on the common app, so hopefully that won't affect my chances too much...

Stats:

GPA (UW): 3.8-ish (not quite sure, since GPA has to be converted to new school format)

SAT I: 2300 (760 CR, 750 M, 790 W)

SAT II: 800 (Biology E)
Planning on taking World History/Math 2/Chinese in Dec. depending on situation

AP World: 5
AP Bio: 5
AP Chinese: 5
AP Calc A/B: 5

Courses Senior Year:

AP Gov
AP Stat
Hon. Phys
Hons. Literature

ECs:

Writer/Editor of school magazine, 10th-11th

Assistant Swim Coach (paid), 11th

Swim team, 9th-11th
^these were all from my old school

Writer of school magazine, 12th

Volunteer:

Leader/co-founder of club that helps poor Chinese students pay for HS/college, 10th-11th
^again, old school

Shadowing/helping out at dentist's office, 12th (she will probably write me a rec)

Not sure about recs and essays - one teacher likes me, the other is alright about me but she thinks I'm hardworking. Essays should be alright as well, definitely not too bad but I still have to see if I can make them stand out.

Thank you guys so much for looking over this! I'm very stressed out right now so it would really help if I got some advice from CC :)

can anyone help?

i’d really appreciate it a lot, i have a general idea of my chances but it’d be great to hear some other opinions because i’m new and not too experienced with this!
