Chance me for Wellesley pleaseee 2014

-GPA: 4.05 weighted not including my senior year
I'm pretty sure it went up a little more since I worked hard first two marking periods

-korean female from a competitive public school

-5 AP classes
STATS 4

-SAT: 2230 (R:680 W:750 M:800)
Math II 770
Chem 740
Chinese 650
Lit 660 (took it again in december)
(thinking of not sending chin and lit score..)

-TOEFL 104
(I immigrated to America only 6 years ago so I took it)

-three school club leadership positions (chinese, multicultural, art)
-Volunteer activities (most lasted more than 4~5 years)
-NJ shoutdowndrug songwriting contest finalist (if it helps)

-Eastern Asian studies major with essay focusing on my interest in Chinese culture and learning about other cultures

The thing is I am going to be applying as an international student since I don't have a greencard. And I am also thinking of applying for financial aid, which some people say might decrease my chance of acceptance since I'm not a citizen here...

Without financial aid it’s a match. With a financial aid request, your odds decrease automatically to :2 or :3 to perhaps 1:10 - competition for international students is incredibly fierce. So if your family can afford the school except for perhaps $5,000 (which you can take in loans), I wouldn’t apply for financial aid.

Thank you MYO!! Really appreciate it :)

You have a great SAT score, and like MYOS1634 said, I think it is a match. Good luck!
