I’m planning on taking SAT I in October and maybe the maths or physics for SAT subject tests.

Additional Details: I want to go into business or economics in the future but I would leave my options open for the STEM field. Honestly love Wellesley so much. I do plan on applying Early Decision because I can’t think of myself anywhere else!

I can’t help with whether or not your academics are in line, but fencing may help.

Do you have a US rating in fencing? My daughter has fenced in Toronto and I know some of the clubs are quite strong. Since Wellesley is an NCAA fencing school for women, you may want to try contacting the fencing coach during your junior year, as that may be a hook for admission. Not sure if the coach there has any pull with admissions, but you should use that to your advantage!

@thatonegirl131 I think with your challenging junior course load, strong extracurriculars, and passion for Wellesley, you have a really good shot! If you want to continue fencing, definitely talk to the fencing coach at Wellesley! She has pull in admissions. The team is an awesome group to be part of and you don’t need a rating to join (it’s great if you do, though!). Just send her an email and let her know you want to apply ED. Good luck!
