<p>high chance. Strong EC’s will make up for what’s seemingly weak comm service. Sat II scores could be better but SAT I score makes up for it.</p>

<p>You’re definitely qualified, so you have a real good shot of getting in. The problem is that a lot of people who apply are qualified. Even 2400s/36s and 4.0s get rejected, so anything can happen. I doubt you’ll get rejected, most likely either deferred or accepted.</p>
