But yea besides that everything looks great…quality over quantity. Give ti a shot, I’ll say it’s a reach but then again we’re talking about Wharton, best undergrad business school in the nation.

lol don’t say you’ve have perfect attendance that’ll make you look like a bookworm who only focusses on school. no offense. But your ecs don’t really show that your concentrated on business. Work on that and your stats will give you a shot.

@rbow10 How does having perfect attendance make her a bookworm? Unless your definition of not being a bookworm is skipping school to do drugs.

I think it might be nice to mention (seriously), to add a little humor to your application.

OP, you’re Asian. Sadly, that pretty much negates the wow out of orchestra and the grades. I agree your ECs are a little lacking in the business direction. As usual, Wharton is a huge reach for almost everyone, but with your community service and some great essays, you have as good a chance as most people. Good luck!

Tbh I wouldn’t risk mentioning the “Everyday-attendance-since-1st-grade-award,” IMO makes you seem desperate to fill an award or Honors slot in the CommonApp.

And you can’t rely on the adcoms to take that as humor, most likely they’re going tobelieve that you actually think it has a serious place on your application.

LOL, to everyone who mentioned the perfect attendance thing, it’s not that I’m a bookworm, just that I…don’t get sick easily?
But thank you guys for pointing out the lack of business EC, I’ll see what I can do to improve that :)

Aim for getting 3+ things business related on your application.

Whether it’s a simple job at a local bank, and internship, taking an online college course, starting a club, just something, anything to show them you’re dedicated and to prove to yourself that you are sure that’s what you want to do. Nothing is worse than wasting years in the prime of your life AND tens of thousands of dollars to find out it’s not what you want to do with your life.

Your stats are so amazing you could do practically anything you want, if you LOVE what you do you NEVER WORK a day in your life!! So be sure you are doing what you love and not what someone else would love for you to do.

Good luck and Kudos!!! Much respect for you!
