<p>State Chemistry Award (2nd Place) [not really as huge a deal as you'd think... there were several categories and I just won 2nd in one of them]</p>

<p>Also, does Williams look at Writing SAT scores? I have an 800 in that section and it'd be a shame to let that go to waste. </p>

<p>being asian may hurt you, as will, I imagine, majoring in economics (though I’m not certain)</p>

<p>Your UW GPA looks a little bit low</p>

<p>I’d say low reach-mid reach (as i’m sure you’re aware, williams is extremely competitive and is ranked first in USN&WR liberal arts college rankings.</p>

<p>The stats are great, I’m just wondering if your EC’s will be as competitive. If you had to say what your EC “peaks” are (what EC’s define you) what would you say they are? It just seems like you did some clubs and activities and didn’t list any awards.</p>

<p>Well, your GPA is a little low, but your ECs and SAT make up for it. I’d say Williams is a low reach for you.
