Impossible to predict with any level of certainty with these schools, but with these stats your odds are surely better than their average applicant’s.

Most colleges like to see the extra effort in SATs and want to see multiple test dates for the SATs (not just one sitting). It would be really impressive to see multiple 2400s. Also I would start getting on a regular sleep pattern (go to bed earlier than 1;08 AM) so you will be prepared for college. Also these schools already have boat loads of asians so I really doubt that will help you. GOOD LUCK

^ Personally, I think retaking a 2400 would be unnecessary.

The schools you listed are all extremely competitive but I would say you have a good chance, it’s impressive. However, I would suggest thinking about some reach and safety schools just in case.

Your academic stats are amazing and with great essays/recs you’re probably in easily at UPenn atleast. However, you’re lacking ECs with a “wow”-factor, and also, there’s no obvious focus/passion, so I can’t say that you’re in for sure at Stanford/Yale.

probably:
UPenn: match
Stanford: match/reach
Yale: match/reach

But like I said, with great essays, you’re probably in at all those three. With rather poor essays, you could be rejected at all those (maybe not UPenn though).

Please chance back! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1062868-chance-swede-wharton-harvard-yale-etc.html

low reaches for all three, ECs are kinda weak.

That’s completely untrue. If anything, it’s the opposite; retaking a 2400 to get another 2400 would just make the school think you’re an arrogant show-off.

^He was being a sarcastic ■■■■■. CC sarcasm-meters seem to be broken. You have some good science awards, great scores and rank (obviously). Upenn is probably a high match, YS are both low/mid reaches.

Good academics, though people with your profiles who apply to Harvard are a dime a dozen.

Your EC’s are too spread out, and based on how you state them have really only one to a high level. For example, you simply listed piano, any significant awards or concerts?

Really, apart from the national Science Olympiad medal, you really have no “standout” activities/awards.

Make your essays heartfelt and your chances should be be pretty good.

Chance back a fellow Asian, greatly appreciated.
