Chance me fore Georgia tech

Hello
Can anyone chance me for Georgia Institute of Technology?
I am planning to apply for biomedical engineering and I know it's very competitive to get into that major, so honest answers will be appreciated. I am Asian, an int student residing in South America.
I have GPA of 3.8 unweighted, my school does not weigh gpas and no ranks. I have all A, A+, especially in science and math, I have exceptionally good grades, but the foreign language classes (I have like 3 subjects in foreign language, obligatory) are dragging my gpa down, Bs... I do not know if Georgia Tech has holistic view on gpas.
REALLY REALLY LOW SAT, 1800. I plan to take it again, but I cannot guarantee that I can improve my scores. No SAT IIs.
Taking AP calc, chem, and spanish lit courses, took AP psychology, spanish language courses+exams last yr and got 4 and 5 respectively. My school only offers those AP courses + AP lit but not taking it.
No magnificent ECs:
Community Service (translation for American medical teams, and managing electrical devices for them) over 160 hours.
Athletic activity for 2 yrs but not varsity,, doesn't really help I think.
Church youth group leader this year, accountant last year, part of praise team for about 6 yrs.
Displayed an artwork in an art exhibition hosted by local schools.
That's about it. Appreciate your help!

You have decent ECs and a good GPA.
Your course load is also up to par.

You should definitely try to bring up those test scores

Chances:

With current scores: low reach
With better scores: match - high match

@tooty44‌ Thank you very much!!
