International acceptance rate for GT is lowest of all acceptance rates, with it only being 13% last year. You SAT scores are well below the 25th percentile for both math and verbal. Your GPA is ok, but is hard to evaluate as you haven’t given any idea of your class rigor which is most important for GT admissions. With the info given, I would have to say very low.

Thanks for your reply. I am a US citizen so I think I’ll be considered as a domestic applicant studying abroad. As per my class rigor, we follow a curriculum prescribed by the CBSE in India. It is different from other courses internationally however is up to the standards of AP courses and others.

Well general OOS acceptance rate was only 16% so only slightly better. Also you applied RD were there will be ~23K applicants going for ~3K spots left. While GT focuses on more grades, rigor, and ECs as most important, test scores are still important. Only ~3% of enrolled freshman had and EBRW score below 600 in the latest CDS. If you had a high or competitive Math score maybe that would be overlooked if everything else was stellar.
