Your GPA and test scores are around average for UMich. If you are from OOS, it would be a reach for you. The OOS admission rate is ~20%.

It’s a great set of numbers. No one is a good chance at Stanford. But the other places look reasonable to me. They’re also rather competitive, though, and that means they’re both accepting and rejecting people with your kind of stats. As Someone above notes, the OOS admission rate at Michigan is only 20%. They have to take care of the taxpayers.
