I have a 3.46 GPA from a very competitive high school
SAT - math- 600, reading- 680, writing- 700
I had a really good interview, and writing is my strong point so my essay was strong. I'm applying EDII
Also, I was a rower on my high school crew team for three years, I'm in an acappella group, Tri-M Music Honor Society, several choirs that raise money for charity, my high school's varsity chorale, I participate in musical theatre during the summers and winters and have stage managed a minor production. Every summer I work as a kayaking instructor, I also do other little kids camps- I'm a counselor.
I love this school - please tell me whether or not you think I have a chance!</p>
<p>I may be looking at an old list, but their median SAT is around 1290, so you are just about there which normally means you have an OK chance, but I am guessing that the ED II will help a little. So pretty good chance!</p>
<p>I think you are the type of student they are looking for and have a good chance, especially applying ED. Most of the kids are very involved in all kinds of activities and your activities demonstrate that you are likely to be involved as well. MY step-son is a freshman there and likes it very much.
