<p>I think you have a good mix of schools on your list. It is too late to boost your GPA, but you can make changes in your test scores. You should retake the ACT. Study for a month before the December exam. You can bring up the 20 pretty easily.</p>

<p>With only a 20 act, I think you can get into 2 schools on that list…</p>

<p>I live in New Jersey and getting into Rutgers seems to be very easy. I did not apply but a lot of my friends have been getting in and they are not great students</p>

<p>The OP is applying to Rutgers-NB from out-of-state, which makes it a greater reach.</p>

<p>You need to work on test scores, and it may be too late for improvements on GPA, but it would be helpful to get a 4.0 UW for your first semester of your senior year. I think Most are low reaches except for Miami of Ohio and Ohio Univ.
