<p>I think you have a good mix of schools on your list. It is too late to boost your GPA, but you can make changes in your test scores. You should retake the ACT. Study for a month before the December exam. You can bring up the 20 pretty easily.</p>
<p>I live in New Jersey and getting into Rutgers seems to be very easy. I did not apply but a lot of my friends have been getting in and they are not great students</p>
