Schools

  • Safety: Drexel, SUNY Purchase

  • Likely: UCONN, UMass Amherst

  • Match: Boston College (mom went there if that matters), Northeastern, URoch, BU

  • Reach: Brown (ED), Yale, MIT (EA), Rice, Tufts, Duke, UMich (EA)

I like it. I think you get into at least two of your matches…BC Legacy will help.

You certainly have a chance at your reaches as well.

I like how you built your list.

Your safeties seem unusual to me but I’m sure there’s a reason you picked them. Your likeliest are also safeties.

I think you’ll end up at a match or reach unless UCONN gives you too good an offer to turn down.

Good luck.

Looks like a solid and well structured list and you are competitive throughout. Given your location it looks like all but 3 schools are driving distance. Did you have a chance to visit while students were on campus?

Just wondering as I think it certainly helps with authenticity in essays. Hopefully you are one and done with Brown but if not I suspect you will have a chance to visit and compare a few acceptances later. Fingers crossed on Brown.

I am sure the wait is stressful. Hang in there!!

Yes! Visiting the campuses definitely helped me think of things to write, and I was lucky enough to visit all these schools besides Rice and URoch. Thanks for your kind words and I definitely can’t wait for this process to be over!
