Hello,
I was wondering if you guys could rate my chances of getting into Johns Hopkins University. I want to go into a Pre-Med major. Here are my stats. I go to a pretty prestigious Catholic high school, and I was also wondering how that factors into how JHU will view my application and my GPA. I was also planning on applying Early Decision. I am only a Junior right now.
Even though JHU is my #1, could you also chance me for Notre Dame, U Michigan, UCLA, and Cornell.
ACT: 33 (35 English, 29 Math, 35 Reading, & 31 Science) I am going to take it again in June and I am aiming for a 35.
Cum GPA: 4.25
Junior Classes: AP Psychology, Honors Pre-Calculus, U.S. History, Religion (We are forced to take a religion class every year), AP Biology, and AP English Lang.
Senior Classes: AP Calculus (AB), AP Civics, Honors Philosophy, AP Physics C, AP English Lit., and Ceramics (VAPA).
I have won a few department awards, and I think that my recommendations will be pretty great, along with my own admission’s essays.
EC:
Volunteering at Sharp Hospital: 100 hours
Coaching middle school basketball and soccer teams for 3 seasons: 75 hours

I am going to intern with an ER doctor this summer, full-time.
I think that’s pretty much it, if there is anything else that I should do to solidify my application please let me know,
Thanks.
