I agree. All is good (and superb ECs btw), except for GPA really. UW should be around 3.8 (for JHU, at least).
I’d say that your SAT score is there, but I’d like 2250 to be safe.
So overall:
JHU: 60% you’re in
Vassar: 65% (more likely if you know officers and staff there)
Princeton: I’ll go as high as 70-80% due to the donations (colleges love money, in case you didn’t know yet XD)
The other schools, I’m not too familiar with their exact sores and what they look for, so I can’ t say much about those, sorry 
If I can give you one piece of advice:
-Be sure to visit all the campuses
-Schedule and interview and write an essay about how each college is your DREAM and how much you love them (I’m sure you’ve heard this before, but I can’t stress the importance of it enough).
