What are my chances to each of these schools. More importantly will I get into at least one? How hard will it be for me to be admitted to SJSU?

Your major has some high expectations, especially in terms of Math & Science. So it’s kind of hard to say with your kind of stats. However, I think it’s still possible for you to get into Poly Pomona. Worst case scenario, you can transfer from a CC.

The CSU’s use an eligibility index for acceptance. Your calculated index using your ACT composite is 912. Last years Freshman at SJSU had an eligibility index of 950 so you are below their cutoff from last year. SDSU and Cal Poly Pomona do not publish their indexes but I believe the cutoff for SDSU was around 1000+. Your best chance would be Cal Poly Pomona. My S was just accepted to CPP with an 1056 index (for reference).

@lcykum well your AP scores might help, as well as your decent 1st semester senior grades. I wouldn’t get my hopes up, but honestly anything can happen. Plus most CSUs are lenient

Icykum: I believe the index for Software Engineering was around 800 for SJSU which puts you in a good position for acceptance. Remember these are last years numbers but they do give you an idea of your chances. Good Luck!!
