<p>i have a 3.1 GPA coming into junior year :(</p>

<p>1850 SAT
going to take SAT2 MATH, and SAT2 World History</p>

<p>when i say 4 years i am assuming senior year**</p>

<p>comm. service in a hospital
1 yr of a JV SPORT
1 yr of student council (have board position)
Placed in the top 10 for a National Business Competition
4 years of keyclub (have board position)
4 years of interact club (have board position)
4 years of FBLA (future business leaders of america) (have board position)
Business Representative for School Newspaper
2 years of Chemistry Club</p>

<p>also i am doing MUCH better this junior year getting almost all As</p>

<p>However i am not taking challenging math courses like Calculus as i don't meet the criteria for it</p>

<p>Rutgers business
NYU</p>

<p>also i have a question if i get into NYU , is there a way to get into stern? or is it like u apply as a highschool senior only to stern and if u dont get in ur out?</p>

<p>you apply directly to stern as a highschool senior... Your GPA is a little low for stern :/ so you jsut need to work your butt off this year and bring that up. Also, make sure you visit NYU before you decided on it. Ster nwas my second choice until i visited, and now i'm not even applying anymore</p>

<p>For Rutgers I think you have to take some required coursework first and then you have to apply for admission into their business program. I think you would get into Rutgers.</p>

That's not true. You can choose Rutgers business when you apply to Rutgers as the school you want to apply to (along with Arts & Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy, etc.)</p>

<p>That said, you'll probably get into Rutgers.</p>
