Your SAT and SAT II scores are a bit low though (similar to mine). If you do have the chance, you should retake the SAT/SAT II especially if you want to apply as an electrical engineer major. Although the colleges that you have are not highly selective, just improve your test scores.
You have a good variety of extracurricular activities and a good GPA.

Yep, definitely improve your SAT scores.

I know my SAT’s are weak… im terrible at standardized testing. But i’m not going to re-take it… so could i have opinions based on what I already have?

UMCP - Fairly decent. Looks like you’re right on track.
I don’t know anything about Johns Hopkins.
Your SAT is a little low for USC. I know this because I have an 1820 that I didn’t submit because I felt that a 27 on the ACT looked better.
Boston University might want a higher SAT as well.
The only thing I know about Virginia Tech was those shootings a couple of years ago.
George Washington is definitely going to want a higher SAT. You might consider writing superb essays.
And your SAT is lower than the lowest 25% of people who apply to Lehigh and get rejected. ):

I’d say that the only thing that’s killing you though is your SAT and you could easily get in if the admissions advisors overlook that fact for something else that’s great about your application.
