I understand that my first two years of high school were not great but there are special reasons for it and I plan to explain them in my essays.

Regular decision maybe, given the increasingly competitive applicant pool. And on the essays if you go the “my adversity” route, just keep in mind adversity is everywhere and not particular to you.
