Interests

Medicine is a def possibility, and so is law. Ill have a more firm idea after my intern exp at courthouse this summer, and Im planning to shadow a doctor, plus do some first aid or EMT training next year. Psychology, teaching (postsecondary) are also possible.

My stance on what Ill do / where Ill go

Not sure yet what Ill major in, tho 100% liberal arts, humanities or sciences are both good. Depending on exp this summer and fall, might apply for 6 o 7 year BS/MD program, eg at Brown.

Im only looking at schools in New England, in particular Ivies, Little Ivies and other schools with good academics. Prefer rural/suburban to city and small/medium to large.

My list: Dartmouth, MIT, Harvard, Yale, Middlebury, Amherst, Williams, Tufts, BC, Brandeis, Bates, Colby, Bowdoin, Wesleyan, Connecticut, Trinity, Hampshire, Wheaton. Certainly not the list Im applying too (way too many for me), just a prelim.

So, what do you guys think? How are my chances?

Thank you once more for your help,
