Your EC’s are very strong. Your GPA and ACT/SAT scores are a little bit on the low side for some of the schools on this list (NYU, Michigan, USC). However, you could definetly make up for it with strong essays and letters of recommendations.

If you have a good relationship with your principal that would certainly make for a strong additional letter of recommendation.

Good luck.

UC’s are very GPA focused and even though you have some great EC’s, they do not make up for a lower than average GPA and test scores for the top UC’s.

Freshman admit rates for UC GPA of 3.40-3.79:

UCB: 2%
UCLA: 3%
UCSD: 6%
UCD: 11%
UCSB: 13%
UCI: 16%
UCSC: 47%
UCR: 64%

USC/UCLA/UCB: High Reach
SLO/UCI: Low Reach
UCSC: High Match
SDSU: Match
SJSU: Safety

Cannot comment on the other schools on your list.
