Is there any chance of getting into Georgetown and Villanova RD College of Arts and Sciences? I know Georgetown is a reach school for me probably and nobody can ever predict ones chances of getting into schools. But from my credentials, do you think I even have a chance?

Race/Ethnicity: African American (Nigerian to be specific)-- Dual Citizen
Extracurriculars: Sports, Music, Model UN, Community Service Corps., Volunteered at the top Children's Hospital in the nation (300 applied, only 60 got in total)... doing it again, PAML, other clubs as well.
GPA: 3.7 UW/W (our school only provides this GPA I guess because I go to a prepartory high school with very high prestige so it's more difficult to achieve a grade such as that) (this has also been comprised of an upward trend, by the way)
SAT: 1900 (I know, yikes for Georgetown)
SAT II: 600 Math I (should I even send this?)... clearly I'm not a standardized test person
Essays: I think they are pretty good.

Any chance? And do you think I should send those SAT II?

Holy. You’re kinda similar to me.
You have a medium chance of getting into both. You’re an URM so you have a higher chance.
In my opinion, you have a slightly better chance of getting accepted than rejected.

Georgetown requires 3 sat 2s and is the only college that requires 3. I only have 2 strong sat2s so I didn’t bother applying to georgetown despite that being my dream school

@laurette123 I know for sure that Georgetown recommends 3 SAT II’s. That was actually the one question I asked at the information session just to make sure.

Hi! Georgetown is definitely a very high reach, but hey, anything is possible? That SAT score is low, if there’s a way you can avoid sending it, definitely avoid. I would say Villanova is a medium-solid match! Good luck and please chance me back?
