Upenn <-- ED here
Dartmouth
UC
Duke

Schools of those calibur are hard to predict acurately, but.
Penn ED - reach for everyone
Dartmouth - Low Reach
Duke - High Match
NU - High Match
UC’s - All Matches
Brown - Low REach

Because he doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

Penn ED - Match (It’s like a 30% acceptance rate. Those stats are clearly in the top 1/3, so as long as your essays are well-written, you have a very good shot.)
Dartmouth - Low Reach
Duke - High Match
NU - Low Match
Brown - Low Reach
Chicago - High Match/Low Reach (depends largely on essays)

Is the Penn a match simply because it’s ED? Because if we’re talking RD, it’s definitely in the same category as Dartmouth, Brown, et al.

For ED (since you may change your mind about which school to apply to):
Penn: reach (recent explosion of apps to 27,000 will significantly alter the ED landscape for next year - we will probably see more students apply ED, which will lower EVERYONE’s chances, from both pools).
Brown: reach (it’s unclear how the explosion of RD apps will affect their ED strategy)
Dartmouth: reach
Duke: low reach
NU: match/high match - your stats are simply too strong for NU to ignore
UChicago: difficult to calculate. Chicago just received a record flood of apps this year, and it’s essentially impossible to predict how that will affect EA: will more students apply to increase their chances? Will the yield increase as Chicago becomes a more desired school? I would say anywhere from high match to reach.

RD:
Brown/Penn/Dartmouth: middle to high reach depending on your region
Duke/Chicago: probably the same deal, definitely no lower than low reach, although Duke and Chicago have a significantly lower yield and application pool than the above mentioned Ivy League schools.
NU: High match, although they could snub you for having high stats.

I honestly believe you are a match for all of these schools. Your GPA is perfect. For your ECs you have
been consistent with your interests and have done unique activities which shows that
you are interested in those things and not just doing them to look good for college.
good luck :)
