UVA - which major? high match overall
Vandy - high match
UNC - high match
UMich - Which major? Hard to tell from the info you provided. Overall, probably a high match.

These truly do depend on your major so providing us with that info would be especially helpful. Also, what were your AP scores? Did you take any SAT II’s?

My major is biology for all of these schools, except for maybe UVA where I am considering business. 4 on AP Bio, 4 on AP English, 5 on AP French, 5 on AP Calc, 5 on AP Micro, 4 on AP History.

I think they all could be considered low reaches, since you are OOS for 3 flagship state schools and a very selective private school. You have a shot at all of them but there’s a chance you may not get into any of them also. Make sure you have an in-state “financial” match and safety school on your list as well or, if your parents can afford the $55K tuition, have some “admissions” match and safety schools that are OOS. You have a GOOD list, and none of these schools are way out of reach, but have one or two others that are solid matches and one safety, just in case…

Good weighted GPA, course rigor, and rank. SAT score is good overall, but could be a bit higher for these schools. ECs are a bit weak, though strong volunteering. The jobs show dedication, and can make for some really cool essays! Good luck :)

UVA- high match
Vanderbilt-low reach
UNC-high match
UMichigan-high match

You have good stats, GPA, class rank, and SAT scores, so you’ve got a good chance at all of the colleges on your list, but just make sure you have a back-up just in case.
