Ccer999 –> Yeah, I know
My chances have been knocked down a GIANT peg. As for taking the December SSAT, it’s already too late. I discussed this matter with my guidance counselor, and she said that the necessary stuff, like the SSAT itself, would not come in time since we live in Honduras and mail take FOREVER
So, I’ve got like, no chance of getting into ANY of the schools I’m applying to (Taft, Choate, St. Marks, NMH, Middlesex, Cate, Putney), except for maybe Putney (maybe NMH?).

Don’t say that yet, as a matter of fact, admissions is a crapshoot.
I might get flat out rejected, or accepted by everyone or a mix.

Ccer999 –> Yeah, I know. But, there’s no way a prestigious school like Choate, Deerfield, Middlesex, or even Cate would accept me (I reallllllyyy hope I can still get accepted to St. Marks, Putney ,annnd NMH!!!)

Hahahahaha, after rereading this thread (specially the post right above ^) I just started to laugh. So, if you didn’t already know, I got accepted to St. Marks (which is where I’m going, NMH, and Putney. I was waitlisted at Choate and Middlesex. Cate offered me a spot as a repeat sophomore, so I guess it counts as an acceptance. And, last but not least, Taft rejected me (I saw that coming - I asked for an interview, and they diclined - ***?. Also, I don’t think I completed the application =/). And I ended up not applying to Andover or Deerfield. So, for all of you who have horrible SSAT scores, don’t give up
And for those of you applying for 11th grade, don’t give up either :D

How do you know you will definitely get into Hill? Is it easy or something?

no, it’s not easy

It’s not ** incredibly ** easy, but it has a pretty high acceptance rate.
