Do you plan on applying ED anywhere, or to your top choice perhaps? I think that might improve your chances anywhere! Your scores are obviously extremely strong (can’t hurt to retake it and focus on CR and use superscore), and ECs are fairly strong.

Case Western Reserve University (EA) - I’m not sure?
Cornell University - 50
Dartmouth College - 40
Duke University - 50

Case Western Reserve University (EA) more than likely
Cornell University- good shot
Dartmouth College- good shot
Duke University- good shot
Harvard University- unlikely (for everyone)
Johns Hopkins University- less than likely
Northwestern University- less than likely
Rice University- good shot
University of Chicago (EA)- less than likely
University of Illinois- I don’t know the school well enough
University of Notre Dame (EA)- good shot
University of Pennsylvania- less than likely
Washington University in St. Louis- good shot
Yale University- unlikely (for everyone) but still competitive

Sorry for not using percentages, but hopefully this will help.
I think you have a good college list going, and wouldn’t rule out anything.
