won few debate, science symposium, declamation, elocution and quiz competitions at inter and intra school levels...(didn't participate in many extracurriculars as i wanted to concentrate on my studies)

I have excellent recommendations

Please chance me for the above colleges and recommend to me any other colleges that are good for engineering and in which i have a chance of getting admitted......

I don’t know much about foreign admissions, and your grades in India are extremely good, and it’s common knowledge that the coursework is much more difficult in India than here in the US. Your ACT and SAT scores aren’t that great as you mentioned, but since you are from India, you could probably explain the lower Critical Reading scores away using the excuse that English is not your first language. I would say you have a very decent shot at most of your Universities.

Georgia Tech- easy match
University of Toronto- they would accept you without an application (joke)
Urbana Champaign- match

I have no knowledge of admissions criteria for the others, but honestly, you should have a decent shot almost anywhere in the US.

COOPER UNION - not sure
GEORGIA TECH - Match
MCGILL - In
RENSSELAER POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE - High Match
ROSE HULMAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY - In
UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS - URBANA CHAMPAIGN - Match
UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO - In
WORCESTER POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE - Match

You cant apply to cooper union unless you have a permanent address in the US.

Cooper Union: they don’t accept foreign applicants
McGill: match (look @ their website-- they have specific standardized testing guidelines and you fit all of them)
RPI: match
i don’t know the rest but I assume you’ll get in based on your math score which is the most important for a technical school

chance me back!
