Your SAT score is lower than you expected because of the trouble with the June 6 test. A check on here shows lots of students who had taken it before scored LOWER at the June 6 sitting. That tells me that throwing out two sections of the test did affect scores. You’ll probably score at least 100 points higher in October. They will give you a free retake if you call.
