<p>No one cares about seeing video footage of your karate.</p>

<p>Make your ECs more concise. You just list what you've done. What are you interested in, and how do the ECs relate to those things? Do you want to work in a medical setting? Highlight your volunteer work at the hospital. Do you want to go into accounting? Talk about that job.</p>

<p>Columbia and Cornell may be real reaches because of your SAT scores. I think NYU's a possibility.</p>
