Hi, I am a rising senior in high school in NH. I'm Asian who studies abroad(not a U.S citizen), and my status is

GPA: 3.54/4.0
SAT I: 1950(CR:550 M:720 WR:680, Taking my last one this October)
SAT II: Math II(800), Bio E(650), Chinese w/ listening(640), Chem(730)
AP/Honors courses: AP Calculus AB, AP Mandarin Chinese, Honors Chem, [Senior Year] AP Stats, AP Bio, AP Music Theory
EC: Head Tour Guide, Captain for JV lacrosse, Dorm proctor, Co-head for the school's all-male acapella group, violinist for ensemble group, 100 hours of community service in China( 3 years)

I'm looking at schools that have good science programs such as:

University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign(Legacy)
Colorado University at Boulder(Legacy)
UC Irvine
UC Davis
Cornell University (Tell me if I am insane or not)
University of Michigan at Ann Arbor
Boston University(Maybe Reg. Dec. because of cost)
Boston College(EA)
Penn State(Reg)
NYU at Shanghai(My top choice, ED)

So, what do you think my chances for any of these schools would be?
The school told me that CU Boulder is my safety, and Penn State and Irvine is a possibility. UIUC and Davis are likely schools and I know the rest are reaches or even far reaches.
