<p>I do not know about any specific university however yiur scores are very less and being an international student you have very slim chance in a good university. Try to improve your sat scores.</p>

<p>but if I dont … is it all over ??.. I mean my GPA and ec,s wont make up for it ??</p>

<p>like my friend got 1600 in sat and average Gpa and Ec,s got into penn state , Ohio state and rutgers…</p>

<p>I think most of them are matches/safeties for you, other than USC and UCSB. UC (sometimes) likes to accepts students with high gpa(grades)/low SAT so you might be fine. I’m not really sure about most of the colleges but I think you’d get accepted to most.</p>

<p>with a 1640 dont expect to get into usc, uiuc or ucsb/uci. im not trying to discourage you but i myself got rejected by uiuc yesterday with a 2170 so go figure…</p>

<p>1> @SoccerGuy7 ,You did,nt get in at 2170 !!?? How come UIUC is soo competitive despite the 63 % acceptance rate !?? :confused:</p>

<p>2>I am applying for Engineering major … so my maths score will be more important right ??? ;)</p>

<p>3>You know any top ranked Universities which Love diversity :stuck_out_tongue: ?? I know UIUC is amongst them …</p>

<p>i am definitely appealing the decision since i thought i would at least get deferred. its really competitive this year and yeah uiuc’s acceptance rate is going to drop.
deathnexus i havent yet figured out what reason ill give them but i have some time to think about that.</p>

<p>School of engineering still in progress … ( Electrical and Computer Engineering )</p>

<p>Strangely my application status dosent show my Major . Just the school . So they,re just admitting you to the school , Major can change anytime ???</p>
